妇产科肿瘤患者心理健康状况及其需求的研究

Gynecologic cancer patients the mental health of their needs.

目的调查妇产科肿瘤患者心理健康状况及其需求，满足临床患者的健康要求。方法选择2011年5月－2012年5月住院的156例妇产科肿瘤患者为研究对象，在入院治疗期间接受了SCL-90评估和病人需求调查，统计调查的结果。结果妇产科肿瘤患者的心理健康状况与正常人群相比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；妇产科肿瘤患者对用药指导、入院宣教、手术前后指导、饮食指导、心理护理、住院环境等方面的需求较大，各项的强烈需求达70％以上。结论护理人员应在护理过程中，做好心理护理和满足患者的需求，促进妇产科肿瘤患者早日康复。

Objective Survey Gynecologic Oncology patients with mental health conditions and their needs, to meet the health requirements of the clinical patients. Methods Select hospital 156 cases of gynecologic cancer patients for the study, received during the hospitalization of the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90） assessment and patient demand survey, the results of the sur- vey from May 2011 to May 2012. Results The mental health of the obstetrics and gynecology cancer patients compared with the normal population, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ） ; Gynecologic cancer patients on medication guide, admission missionary guidance before and after surgery, dietary guidance, psychological care, inpatient environmentand other needs, the strong demand for stations to more than 70%. Conclusion Nurses should be good psychological care in the nursing process, and to meet the needs of patients and to promote the speedy recovery of obstetrics and gynecology cancer patients.
