With the deepening of ＂Zhengyou and Innovation＂ activities,the paper studies the importance of ＂Zhengyou and Innovation＂ for the building of the Party. In the practice and research,the building of the Party in Hubei Normal University forms the characteristics of leadership, including ＂Sanlian Sanzheng＂ ,＂ Liangfang Liangchuang＂ and ＂ Wuhao＂. We achive the remarkable results.
