新课改视角下教师教育类课程教学模式创新探索——由一堂精彩的培训课说起

Exploring new teaching model of teacher education courses under the circumstance of the new curriculum——discuss from a wonderful academic lecture

面对新一轮课程改革的不断深入以及教师职业岗位就业竞争的压力,各高师院校通过各种措施探索新的人才模式,而开发有特色的教师教育类课程,改革课堂教学方式,强化师范生教师职业技能训练,是师范院校培养优秀教师过程中的重要环节,也是体现高师院校师范特色的重要组成部分。本文在介绍一堂精彩的培训课的基础上,对高师院校教师教育类课程新的教学模式和人才培养模式的理解提出了自己的思考。

Facing on a new round of curriculum reform and the pressure of competition for teachers＇ jobs, there are a variety of measures in the teachers colleges to explore a new talent model. Development of unique teacher education courses, the reform of classroom teaching, intensive training of teachers＇ professional skills axe important steps of outstanding teachers in the process of training to the teachers colleges, and also significant parts of reflecting teacher characteristics of the teachers colleges. Based on the introduction of an exciting training courses, this paper shows freestanding view about new teaching type of teachers＇ education courses and training model of understanding in the teachers colleges
