摘要
对某电厂DG670/13.7-8型锅炉运行中出现的低温再热器汽温偏低、受热面管壁超温以及排烟温度偏高等问题进行原因分析,提出采取立式布置8根绕增加受热面积的改造方案,实施后取得了较为显著的效果,为解决同类型锅炉存在的类似问题提供借鉴经验。
A modification scheme that arranged 8 wrapped - tube exchangers to enhance the heating area was proposed by analyzing the problems such as low reheater temperature, overheating of the heating surface and high exhaustion temperature when the DC,670/13.7 -8 type boiler in a power plant was on the work. Significant effect is achieved after it was carried on, which provides an experience to solve the similar problems.
