摘要
文章将新形势下内蒙古自治区天气预报员群体面临的职业压力作为分析对象,并对其压力源、压力反应等进行分析,建设性的提出相应的压力管理对策。
This paper focus on the work stress of weatherman in Inner Mongolia under the new situation, the stress source and stress reactions were analyzed, and constructive put forward corresponding stress management tactics.
