摘要
Thirty isolates of the entomophthotalean fungus, Conidiobolus coronatus, derived fromnaturally infected rice planthoppers were investigated for the achvihes of their alkaline protease.Culturing in sabouraud broth for 48h at 26℃, the isolates yield a dry mycelium biomass of 29.2mg / ml with a maximum of 32mg / ml. The activity of the alkaline protease in supemabot variedgreahy among the isolates, ranging 232-1410u / ml. The specific acihvity was high and venous:11000u / mg for 2 of the isolates tested, 8000-10000u / mg for 4 isolates, 5000-8000u / mg for 9isolates, and 2000-5000u / mg for 14 isolates. It is suggested that the alkaline protease is a highlyeffective achvator for vacuous prachcal pUIPOses.
