典型是时代的符号,在开展大学生思想政治教育中,通过身边先进典型的榜样作用引领青年、鼓励青年,对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作具有积极的意义。同时,选树典型应围绕"立德树人"育人目标、社会对人才的需求导向和易于接受学习等几个要素开展。

Typical examples are the symbol of a period. During the process of college students＇ ideological and political education it has an active effect to lead and motivate the youth by using the idol worship of those typical examples. Meanwhile, the choosing of typical examples should based on the items such as aim of Moral Education and the social needs as long as the difficulties of studying.
