推进高校统战工作信息网络化建设的几点思考

高校内部使用网络为高校统战工作提供了很好的平台,这种平台具有十分强大的沟通交流和宣传教育以及收集民意的功能。但是统战工作信息网络化也存在一些不可忽视的问题:如高校统战工作信息化缺乏统一的管理与规划;信息化的参与度较低;信息网络化的人才建设严重滞后,等等。作为推进新时期高校网络统战工作的对策和措施,必须加强网络政治参与的机制建设,同时还要加强高校网络议程设置功能,正确引导网络统战工作。

The internal network of a university provides a good platform for its united front work, which has very powerful functions for communication, publicity and solicitation of public opinions. However, there are problems that can not be ignored, for example, weak unified network management and planning, narrow public participation in informatization, and lagging of talent team development, and the like. We must, with policies and measures to promote the united front work in the new period, strengthen the mechanism for the network＇ s political participation and enhance the agenda-setting function of network to guide the network services for the united front work.
