培育科研素养提升大学生就业能力的路径分析

Analysis on Cultivating College Students’Research Quality and Improving Their Employability

大学生就业能力是关系到大学生就业率和就业质量的关键因素之一。通过我们对大连地区相关高校的调研,大学生对参与科学研究有着强烈的愿望,积极参加各类创新、创业大赛,但科研能力有待提高,科研态度还须端正,科研过程还需要教师指导。高校有着丰富的科研资源,通过加强对学生科研素养的培养,提升大学生的基本素质、专业素质以及创新能力是提高大学生就业能力的有效途径。

The employability of college students is one of the key factors related to their employment rate and the quality. This paper, through the research on colleges and universities in Dalian, finds that the students have strong desire to participate in research practices. They actively participate in all kinds of contests or com- petitions related to innovation or entrepreneurship. However, their research capacity needs to be improved, their attitude toward the research has to be corrected, and the research progress needs teachers＇ coaching. Colleges and universities have abundant research resources; therefore, it is an effective way to improve the employability of college students by cultivating their research quality, basic quality, professional quality, and innovation ability.
