骨髓微血管密度和凝血酶敏感蛋白-1在恶性血液病患者中的表达及其意义

The expression and significance of bone marrow in patients with malignant blood micro-vessel density and thrombin sensitive protein-1

目的探讨恶性血液病患者骨髓微血管密度(MVD)和凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)的表达及意义。方法 2011年2月—2013年2月收治的恶性血液病患者42例作为观察组;选取同一时期健康查体者42例作为健康对照组,观察组根据不同疾病给予相关治疗。采集2组骨髓组织标本,采用SP免疫组化法检测MVD、TSP-1的表达。结果与健康对照组比较,观察组治疗前MVD升高,TSP-1阳性率降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后缓解患者MVD水平均低于治疗前及未缓解患者(P<0.05),与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。观察组治疗后缓解患者TSP-1阳性率高于治疗前及治疗后未缓解患者(P均<0.05),与健康对照组比较无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。MVD与TSP-1之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.675,P<0.05)。结论 MVD可作为了解并分析恶性血液病患者病情发展程度的独立指标,TSP-1是血管形成负性调节分子,对2项指标进行联合检测有助于临床诊断和治疗效果评价。

Objective To study the expression and significance of bone marrow in patients with malignant blood micro -vessel density（MVD） and thrombin sensitive protein-1（TSP-1 ）.Methods From 2011 Feb to 2013 Feb,42 cases with malignant hematological disease were treated as the observation group;In the same period,42 healthy persons enrolled as the control group.Bone marrow tissue of two groups of specimens were sampled and tested.SP immunohistochemical method were used to examine the expression and significance of MVD,TSP-1.Results Compared with health control group,the MVD in observation group before treatment was higher and TSP-1 was lower（P〈0.05）.After treatment the remission patients（n - 3） had lower MVD level than that before treatment and un-remission patients（P〈0.05）.while there was no differences when compared with health control group（P〈0.05）.The remission patients had higher positive rate of TSP-1 than that before treatment and un-remission patients（P〈0.05）,while there was no differences when compared with health control group （P〈0.05）.there were negative relationship between MVD AND TSP-1（r = - 0.675,P〈0.05）.Conclusion MVD can be used as understanding and analysis of independent markers of malignant disease in patients with hematological disease development level,TSP-1 is the formation of blood vessels of negative regulatory molecules,joint detection can help clinical accurately understand condition of two indicators,improve the clinical treatment effect.
