POEMS综合征临床研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 POEMS综合征又名Crow-Fukase综合征,是一种浆细胞异常增生、多系统受累的副肿瘤综合征,临床少见。该综合征以多发性周围神经病变（polyneuropathy,P）、脏器肿大（organomegaly,O）、内分泌疾病（endocrinopathy,E）、单克隆γ球蛋白病（monoclonal gammo-pathies,M）和皮肤改变（skin change,S）为临床主征,1980年Bardwich取其临床主征的首个英文字母命名为POEMS综合征。
