血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与急性脑梗塞近期临床预后关系的研究

The study on relationship between plasma total homocysteine and short-term outcome in acute ischaemic stroke

目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与急性脑梗塞患者近期临床预后的关系。方法将151例初发急性脑梗塞患者根据其空腹高半胱氨酸(hcy)值分为非高同型半胱氨酸(NHhcy)组94例及高同型半胱氨酸(Hhcy)组57例,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和BI指数评分,对两组患者神经功能缺损、日常生活能力进行追踪观察。结果 NHhcy组及Hhcy组在入院时、1个月、3个月NIHSS评分与日常生活能力评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论研究结果没有证据表明同型半胱氨酸水平对急性脑梗塞患者近期神经功能恢复有影响。

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma homocysteine（Hey） and short term prognosis of acute cerebral infarction. Methods We evaluated the plasma homoeysteine level of 134 persons with acute cerebral in- farction. Then we divided them into two groups （NHhcy group and Hhcy group）. We assessed the neurologic impair- ment and activity of daily living by using the American National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） and BI index score. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the NIHSS score and BI index score on the admission, 1 month, 6 month and 1 year of onset. Conclusion The study found that admission Hey level is not a deter- minant of short-term outcome in acute isehaemic stroke.
