摘要
目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)住院患者进行个体化健康教育的效果。方法将86例老年COPD患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组42例,观察组采取以关注点(个体化)为主要内容的健康教育;对照组采用传统的健康教育。采用COPD知识问卷,对两组患者知识掌握情况进行评价。结果观察组COPD知识掌握情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者关注点进行健康教育,调动了患者的主观能动性,提高了健康教育效果。
Objective To study the effect of health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary dis- ease. Methods 86 patients with COPD were randomly divided into the observation group ( 44 cases) and control group ( 42 cases) : the method of conventional health education was used in control group, and the method of health education di- rected by current concerns used in experimental group. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the score of the knowledge about COPD mastered. Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group after health education (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The method of health education directed by current concerns can significantly exert inpatients, subjective initiative, and it is helpful for learning health information.
