高职院校师生关系的几点思考

师生关系,深受当代教育界的重视。传统的教育,以教师为中心,但是经过社会转型之后,学生的民主意识被唤醒,师生关系发生了巨大的变化。当代,对师生关系产生重大影响的因素来自社会、学校、教师以及学生,其中,尤以作为教育主导的教师最为重要。教师唯有综合提高自身水平,尊重关心自己的学生,才能为和谐的师生关系奠定基础。而社会、学校、学生,也应该从实际出发,顺应时代,多一份理解,多一份努力,构建和谐高效的师生关系。

The teacher-student relationship, which is focused on by the contemporary education, was traditionally teacher- centered. Since the social transformation, however, students democratic consciousness has risen and great changes on the relationship have taken place. Nowadays, the important influencing factors come from the society, schools, teachers, and students, among which teachers take the essential place. They are expected to improve their qualities, and pay respect and concern to their students. Meanwhile, other factors also should give more understanding and efforts, in order to construct harmonious relationships.
