摘要
[目的]识别并分析功能糖醇生产过程中产生或存在的主要职业病危害因素,为开展职业病防治工作提供技术依据。[方法]选取某木糖醇生产线和某麦芽糖醇生产线,开展现场职业卫生学调查,了解其生产工艺、原辅材料等;开展职业病危害因素检测与评价。[结果]两条生产线粉尘和化学毒物浓度均符合职业接触限值要求;噪声强度为79.5dB(A)-91.9dB(A),部分岗位噪声强度不符合职业接触限值要求;WBGT指数检测结果均超过了30℃,不符合职业接触限值要求。[结论]正常生产条件下,粉尘和化学毒物浓度可以符合职业接触限值要求;噪声和高温是功能糖醇生产过程中需要特别予以关注的职业病危害因素。同时要注意加强密闭空间作业的防护措施。
[Objective]To identify and analyze main occupational hazards in the production process of functional alditol, so as to provide the technical basis for the development of occupation disease prevention and control. [Methods]Choosing an xylitol production line and a maltitol production line,to carry out a field occupation health survey, understand the pro- duction process,raw and auxiliary materials;conduct occupational hazards monitoring and evaluation. [Results]Two pro- duction lines of dust and chemical toxicant concentration were in line with the occupation contact limiting value require- ments;noise strength 79.5 dB (A) -91.9 dB (A) ,some of the post noise intensity did not meet the occupation contact lim- iting value requirements; All of the WBGT index test results were more than 30 ℃, did not meet the occupation contact limiting value. [Conclusion]Under the normal production conditions, dust and chemical toxicant concentration can meet the occupation contact limiting value requirements ; noise and high temperature are the occupation hazards in need of special at- tention in the production process of functional sugar alcohol. At the same time, attention should be paid to strengthening the protection measures of the confined soace.
