Survey on knowledge and Attitude Related to AIDS Among Students of Qujing Medical College,2011

[目的]了解曲靖市医学专科学校大一、大二学生对艾滋病相关知识及态度情况,为今后艾滋病(AIDS)宣传教育工作提供参考依据。[方法]2011年3月,对曲靖市医学专科学校大一、大二2 800名学生进行调查。[结果]调查2 778人,AIDS相关知识知晓率为75.56%。AIDS知识总知晓率,男生为80.63%,女生为74.51%(P<0.05);大一学生为69.93%,大二学生为80.93%(P<0.05)。调查2 778人,对婚前性行为表示赞成的占6.19%,表示反对的占78.80%;有52.70%的人表示愿意为艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS病人提供帮助;知道安全套使用正确方法的占8.10%。[结论]曲靖市医学专科学校学生AIDS相关知识知晓率较低。

[Objective]To understand HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and attitude of freshmen and sophomore students in Qujing city medical college,so as to provide the reference for the AIDS propaganda and education work in the future. I-Methods]In March 2011,2 800 freshmen and sophomore students were surveyed in Qujing city medical college. [Results] Among 2 778 surveyed, the rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 75.56 %. The total awareness of HIV/AIDS knowl- edge, was 80. 63 % in males,and was 74.51% in females（ P 〈0.05） ;The rate of freshmen students was 69.93 ~, and that of sophomore students was 80.93% （ P 〈0.05）. Among of 2 778 students,the rate of premarital sex favor was 6.19%, the rate of those against was 78.80% ;52.70% of students would like to help as having been infected with the HIV/AIDS patients; the rate of knowing how to use condom was 6.26 %. [Conclusion]The rate of knowledge on HIV/AIDS aware- ness is low among students in Qujing city medical college.
