摘要
基于"X"假设的"执行型领导"使教师职业发展陷入组织氛围压抑、持续发展动力不足、决策失真与执行力度削弱等困境。基于"Y"假设的"转变型领导"使教师获得持续职业发展的环境、能力、动力和权力。领导方式由执行型向转变型转变是促进教师职业发展的必然选择。
The "Executive Leader" ,who is grounded on "X" hypothesis, plunges teacher' s occupational development into the following dilemmas: depressed atmosphere, insufficient consistent development motivation, distortional decision, weak execu- tion, etc, Nevertheless, the "Transformational Leader" endows teachers of consistent environment, capacity, motivation and power in occupational development. Therefore, the Leadership Transformation from "Executive Leader" to "Transformational Leader" is inevitable choice in promoting teacher' s occupational development.
