构建长三角海洋生态补偿法律机制探析

On the Construction of a Legal Mechanism of Compensation for Marine Ecology in the Yangtze River Delta

我国海洋生态补偿法律机制建设虽然取得了一定进展,但目前海洋生态环境仍呈不断恶化趋势。为此,从长三角地区海域生态环境现状出发,针对现阶段海洋生态补偿中存在的问题进行分析,并就如何建立有效的海洋生态补偿法律机制提出意见和建议。

Although positive progress has been made in the construction of legal mechanisms of marine eco- logical compensation in China, marine ecological environment continues to worsen. Based on the status of the marine ecological environment in the region of Yangtze River Delta, this paper analyzes the problems in the marine ecological compensation at present, and puts forward opinions and suggestions on the establish- ment of effective legal mechanisms for marine ecological compensation in the hope of incurring further dis- cussions on this issue.
