摘要
绩效管理是现代企业管理的基本要求,是人力资源管理的核心职能之一。F电信分公司绩效管理过程中存在着资源管理混乱、市场营销陈旧、考核标准不科学等问题,需结合绩效管理的实际情况,改进现行的绩效管理方式,以真正提高F电信分公司的经营绩效。
Performance management is the basic requirement of modern enterprise management and one of the core competencies in human resource management. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the performance management of F branch company, China Telecom, such as the disorder of resource manage- ment, the outdatedness of marketing management, the unscientific assessment of criteria and so on. The author holds that F branch company should improve its performance management in accordance with its business performance.
