A Review on the Development of Urban Service Industry for Aged People in the New Era

我国学术界关于发展城市老龄服务事业与产业方面的研究起步比较晚,研究内容主要集中在老年服务与产业的概念、发展现状、存在的问题与原因、具体的解决措施和方法等方面。认真梳理学术界已经取得的研究成果,对于探索加快发展我国城市老龄服务事业与产业的规律与路径,进一步坚持以人为本的科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。

The research into the development of urban service industry for aged people started late in Chi- na＇s academia. And researches mainly focus on the concept, development, existing problems and solutions to the service industry. Summing up the achievements and absorbing experiences from the past researches can help people to get a further understanding. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance to explore the principle and routes for the acceleration of aged people＇s service industry, stick to the Scien- tific Outlook on Development and construct a harmonious socialist society.
