摘要
新农村的文化建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要内涵和任务目标,大学生"村官"是新农村文化建设的生力军。有关部门应当将新农村文化建设纳入大学生"村官"的培训内容,大学生"村官"要在新农村文化建设中确立好自身定位和工作角色。
The college-student village leaders （CSVLs） are the main force for the construction of new coun- tryside culture, which is an important task and goal of building a new socialist countryside. Related de- partments should cover the construction of new countryside culture in the training of these leaders, so as to help them clear their roles and responsibilities in the construction.
