高等教育服务江苏沿海开发的调查与思考

Higher Education and Development of Coastal Areas in Jiangsu Province

沿海地区高等教育的发展对于沿海开发能起到基础性的推进作用。调查结果表明,江苏省沿海高等教育发展存在办学层次与沿海开发战略不协调、专业设置与产业发展需求不适应、发展诉求与沿海开发的管理体制不对应等问题,要进一步合理布局教育结构,着力提升办学层次,彰显专业特色,加强校际合作,使江苏省沿海高等教育更好地为江苏沿海开发服务。

The development of higher education in coastal areas plays a fundamental role in accelerating the whole development of these areas. According to related researches, a lot of problems exist in coastal areas＇ higher educa- tion in Jiangsu Province, including the lack of coordination between education levels and the coastal developing strategy, the inadaptation between educational programs and the development of industries, the discrepancy be- tween development demands and management system, etc. To solve these problems and improve the function of coastal higher education in Jiangsu Province, the education structure should be rearranged and the education level should be improved; besides, we should highlight of the strength of each educational program and further enhance the mutual cooperation among colleges and universities.
