The Task Assignment Model of Supply Chain Logistic Alliance Based on Customer Satisfaction

目前,物流联盟为整个供应链提供物流服务已经成为一种有效的组织形式。其内部物流任务的分配决策不仅事关物流联盟内部的运作效率,同时也是促进供应链物流过程优化,推动供应链节点企业与物流联盟有效联动的关键因素。因此,围绕供应链物流任务分配问题,在供应链物流联盟各成员存在能力约束、时间窗口限制的前提下,在综合考虑物流服务总成本最低、服务总时间最短的基础上,为了实现供应链节点企业对整个供应链物流服务满意度最大化的目标,建立多目标规划模型,并对实例进行求解。

At present, logistic alliance has become an effective organization form to provide logistic services to the entire supply chain. The internal assignment of logistic task not only has close relationship with the operation efficiency of the alliance, but also the key factor to promote the optimization of supply chain logistic process and the effective linkage between supply chain node enterprise and logistic alliance. Therefore, based on the conditions of capacity constraint and time limitation of the alliance members, and by taking the low cost of logistic service and short time period of the service into consideration, the authors establish a multi-objective programming model to realize the satisfaction optimization of supply chain node enterprises to the whole supply chain logistic service. Besides, some cases are analyzed in detail.
