摘要
研究了新乡市平原体育(会展)中心运营开发问题.分析了平原体育(会展)中心运营管理和会展业的发展方向.认为,在运营管理方面要承办适宜的周期性单项体育赛事,承办与城市文化、历史、自然资源、民俗民风相契合的品牌赛事;深入挖掘无形资源,为全民健身服务;同时,兼顾会展业的发展,实施"错位发展"、"分层发展"战略,规避恶性竞争,为区域经济发展做贡献.
This article studies the Development and the operation issues of the xinxiang plain sports (exhibition) center. From analyzing the development directions of Pingyuan sports(exhibition) center's operation management and the exhibition industry, it concludes that appropriate periodic single competitions should be undertaken in the aspect of operation management; the brand competition which corresponds to the city culture, history, natural resources, folk folkway should be undertaken; intangible resources should be dig deeply and serves the national fitness. At the same time, balancing the development of exhibition industry, practicing the development strategy of "dislocation" and "layer", avoiding vicious competition, the path will contribute to regional economic development.
