C-反应蛋白与急性心肌梗死并发室性心律失常相关性研究

Correlation Studies about C-reactive Protein and Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Ventricular Arrhythmia

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)与急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发室性心律失常的相关性。方法:随机选取AMI患者90例,参照Lown分级标准分为A组(0级)、B组(Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级)和C组(Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级)各30例,均采用免疫比浊法检测CRP水平,对三组患者的血清水平进行比较并做相关性分析;同时,按照梗死发生部位将患者分为前壁梗死组(52例)及其他部位梗死组(38例),并对比两组CRP水平。结果:C组CRP水平明显高于A组、B组;B组CRP水平较之A组相对更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);前壁心梗组CRP水平明显高于其他部位心梗组(P<0.05)。CRP与Lown分级呈正相关(r=0.63,P<0.05)。结论:CRP与AMI并发室性心律失常密切相关,可作为判断病情严重程度及梗死发生部位的基础性参照。

Objective： To discuss the correlation between C-reactive protein （ CRP ） and acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ） complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Method： 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected randomly, and divided into group A（ level 0 ）,group B（ level Ⅰ , level Ⅱ ） and group C （ level Ⅲ, level Ⅳ, level Ⅴ ） according to Lown classification standard, each group had 30 cases; then all tested CRP levels using immune turbidimetry, and then compared serum levels of three groups and analysed the correlation; at the same time, all the patients were divided into anterior wall infarction group （ 52 cases ） and other parts of the infarction group （ 38 cases ）, and compared CRP levels of the two groups.Result： CRP levels of group C was significantly higher compared with group A and group B, ClIP levels of group B was relatively higher compared with group A, the differences were all significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; and CRP levels of wall infarction group was significantly higher compared with other parts of the infarction group （ P〈0.05 ） .CRP and Lown grading had positive correlation （ r=0.63, P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： There is close correlation between CRP and acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia, it is a basis for judgment of disease severity and infarction area.
