摘要
目的:调查太原市三级甲等医院护士心理资本现状。方法:采用一般资料调查表、心理资本问卷中文修订版对太原市五所三级甲等医院的645名护士进行问卷调查。结果:心理资本各条目均分(4.11±0.75)分;四个维度得分由高到低依次为自我效能(4.43±0.82)分,韧性(4.10±0.92)分,乐观(4.05±1.10)分,希望(3.83±0.92)分。不同年龄、婚姻状况、护龄、职务、职称、用工形式及学历的护士在心理资本的得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30~39岁,护龄在6~14年的护士,以及聘用护士的心理水平较低。结论:护士心理资本水平处于中等偏上水平,建议医院管理者重视护士心理资本的管理与开发。
Objective: To investigate the level of nurses' psychological capital.Method: A total of 645 nurses from three fn'st-class upper level general hospitals in Taiyuan were investigated with Chinese Version of Nurses' Psychological Capital Questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire about demographic information.Result: The average score of psychological capital was ( 4.11 ± 0.75 ), and the dimension scores from high to low were self -efficacy ( 4.43 ± 0.82 ), resilience ( 4.10 ± 0.92 ), optimism ( 4.05 ± 1.10 ), and hope ( 3.83 ± 0.92 ) .There were significant difference in psychological capital on different age group, different marital status, different working age groups, different positions , different employment forms and different educational levels ( P〈0.05 ) .Nurses aged 30 to 39 years old, worked for6tol4years, andemployednur^eshadalowerscore.Condusion: The overalI nurses' psychologieal capital is in the middle level, Hospital managers should pay more attention to the management and development of the psychological capital of nurses.
