单荷包四点牵引PPH术在重度混合痔治疗中的临床观察

Abservation about the Clinical Effects of the PPH by Using Single Purse-string Suture and Four Points Pulled Method in Treating Severe Haemorrhoids

目的:观察单荷包四点牵引PPH术治疗重度混合痔的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2009年1月-2012年10月本院应用单荷包四点牵引PPH术治疗重度混合痔120例的临床效果。结果:120例患者手术均成功,术后随访3～36个月,均无再次脱出及便血。结论:单荷包四点牵引PPH术治疗重度混合痔使肛垫提升复位,痔核得以回纳,阻断了痔核血供,痔组织萎缩,复发率低,患者满意率高,值得选择。

Objective： To investigate the clinical results of the PPH by using single purse-string suture and four points pulled method in treating severe haemorrhoids.nethod： A review was conducted of all patients that were treated with PPH by using single purse-string suture and four points pulled method for severe haemorrhoidal prolapse in our hospital between January 2009 and October 2012.Result： The progress of the operations to 120 patients were succeed, the symptom of the haemorrhoidal prolapse and hemorrhage were not recurrent during 3 months to 36 months after operation.Conclusion： The PPH by single purse-string suture and four points pulled method in treating severe haemorrhoids can make the anal cushions reset and the body of haemorrhoids downsize as well as cut off blood supply to haemorrhoidal tissue, also make it analosis.The lower recurrence rate and the higher satisfaction rate from the patients make it be a good alternative for severe haemorrhoids.
