摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胃镜联合在治疗局限性胃间质瘤中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析2012年5月-2013年1月在本院行腹腔镜胃镜联合手术治疗的局限性胃间质瘤25例患者的手术方法及预后情况。结果:25例手术顺利完成,无中转开腹,手术时间(90±30)min,术中出血(20±5)ml,术后住院时间(6±2)d,无术后并发症出现。结论:腹腔镜胃镜联合切除局限性胃间质瘤具有手术创伤小,术中失血少,手术视野暴露清晰,术后胃肠功能恢复快,切口感染率低,住院时间短等优势,是目前治疗局限性胃间质瘤的较好方法。
Objective： To evaluate the Clinical application of combination of laparoscopy and gastroscopy in the treatment of localized gastric stromal tumors.Method： A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 25 patients diagnosed of localized gastric stromal tumor and operated with the combination of laparoscopy and gastroseopy from May 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital was conducted.Result： All the patients were operated successfully with the combination of laparoscopy and gastroseopy. The operation time was （ 90 ± 30 ） min, intraoperative bleeding was （ 20 ± 5 ） ml, postoperative hospital stay time was （6 ± 2 ） d and no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion： With the combination of laparoseopy and gastroscopy to treat patients with localized gastric stromal tumors has the advantage of minimal invasive, little blood loss, good surgical field exposure, quick intestinal function recovery, low incisional infection, short hospital stay time so that it is a good approach to treat such patients.
