幕上适时去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑损伤的术中应用

Application of Supratentorial Timely Decompression in the Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Trauma Patients

目的:探讨幕上适时去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法:对笔者所在医院2008年1月-2012年12月幕上适时去骨瓣减压治疗重型颅脑损伤23例进行回顾性分析。结果:良好17例(73.91%),中残3例(13.04%),重残2例(8.7%),植物生存1例(4.35%),无死亡病例。结论:根据患者的年龄、血肿的情况、术中脑膨出的程度,采取适时去骨瓣减压也是治疗重型颅脑损伤的较好方法。

Objective： To study the effect of screen timely decompression craniectomy in treatment of severe head injury.Method： 23 cases of the screen timely decompressive craniectomy for severe traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analysed on my hospital in 2008 January -2012 year in December.Result： Among the 23 cases, the therapy result was considered good in 17 cases （ 73.91% ）, moderate disability in 3 cases （ 13.04% ）, severe disability in 2 cases （8.7%）, vegetativ state 1 cases （4.35%）and no deadth.Conclnsion： According to the patient＇ s age, hematoma, intraoperative encephalocele degree, take timely decompression is a good method to treat severe eraniocerebral injury.
