云浮市2002-2011年共480例病残儿医学鉴定结果分析

Analysis of the Medical Identification Result of 480 Disabled Children Cases during 2002 to 2011 in Yunfu City

目的:对云浮市病残儿鉴定病种及其构成比进行统计分析,为病残儿的防治提供依据。方法:对云浮市2002-2011年病残儿鉴定患儿资料用《疾病和有关健康问题的国际分类ICD-10》进行分类与编码,用SPSS软件进行回顾性分析。结果:云浮市2002-2011年主要致残病种为神经系统疾病、先天畸形类、循环系统、精神和行为障碍。主要单病种顺位依次为:脑性瘫痪、精神发育迟滞、先天性心脏病、大脑发育不全、地中海贫血。结论:要开展孕前优生健康检查,产前筛查诊断降低病残儿的出生率。

Objective： To analyse disease types and their constitution based on the mtdtcal Identification of disabled children in Yunfu city, offer the base for prevention and cure of residual children.Method： The data was classified and coded according to ICD-IO standard, and then was retrospectively analyzed with software SPSS.Result： During 2002 and 2011, the main disabling diseases were nervous system disease, congenital malformation, cardiovascular system, mental and behavior disorders.The main single disease priority order： cerebral palsy, mental retardation, congenital heart disease, cerebral agenesis, Mediterranean anemia.Conclusion： The birth rate of disabled child can be reduced by carrying out eugenic health examination before pregnancy, prenatal diagnostic screening.
