摘要
目的:探讨胸腺瘤中VEGF的表达及其与PI3K/AKT通路的关系,以及它们在胸腺瘤发病过程中的作用。方法:通过免疫组化的方法检测患者胸腺瘤组织VEGF、PI3K、AKT蛋白的表达。结果:VEGF、PI3K、AKT蛋白在胸腺瘤患者中均高表达。VEGF的表达与转移、临床分期、组织学分型均无关;PI3K的表达与组织学分型有关,而与转移无关;AKT的表达与组织学分型有关,而与转移无关。胸腺瘤中PI3K与AKT的表达呈正相关(字2=36.54,r=0.510;P<0.01),胸腺瘤中VEGF与AKT的表达呈正相关(字2=36.54,r=0.440;P<0.01)。结论:VEGF和PI3K/AKT通路是胸腺瘤发展过程中的重要因素,而PI3K/AKT通路可能是直接调节VEGF基因的表达重要信号通路之一,VEGF和PI3K/AKT通路与胸腺瘤的发病发展过程密切相关,而它们均可以在一定程度上评估胸腺瘤的生物学行为。
Objective: Explore thymoma in the expression of VEGF and its relationship with PI3K/AKT pathway, as well as their role in the pathogenesis of thymoma.Methods: Patients with osteosarcoma of VEGF, PI3K and AKT protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results: VEGF, PI3K, AKT protein in patients with thymoma high expression.VEGF expression and metastasis, clinical stage, histological type are unrelated; of PI3K expression with histological type, with metastasis; AKT expression with histological type, and has nothing to do with the transfer.Thymoma PI3K and AKT expression was positively correlated (χ^2=36.54, r=0.510 ; P〈0.01), the thymoma was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF and AKT (χ^2=36.54, r=0.440 ; P〈0.01).Concinsion: VEGF and PI3K/AKT pathway is an important factor in the process of thymoma development PI3K/AKT pathway may be one of the important signaling pathway directly regulates the expression of the VEGF gene is closely related to the onset of the development process of VEGF and PI3K/AKT pathway with thymoma, which can be assessed in a certain extent, the biological behavior of thymoma.
