静息态脑功能成像临床应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 静息态脑功能成像实验设计不需要刺激任务,可利用内源性血氧信号变化进行成像,采用非任务设计驱动的数据处理方法获得多种参数图像,以研究静息状态下脑的工作机制,相比任务脑功能成像具有更好的病人依从性和临床实用性。同时静息态脑功能成像也可以作为一种数据采集方法,采用任务驱动的数据处理方法,观察癫日病人的神经活动特点,甚至也可以分析刺激任务设计的脑功能成像数据,丰富了任务刺激脑功能成像的研究内容。 Resting state functional brain imaging experimental design is free of stimulus task and offers various parametric maps through different data-driven post processing methods with endogenous BOLD signal changes as the source of imaging. Mechanism of resting state brain activities could be extensively studied with improved patient compliance and clinical application compared with task related functional brain imaging. Also resting state functional brain imaging can be used as a method of data acquisition, with implicit neuronal activity as a kind of experimental design, to reveal characteristic brain activities of epileptic patient. Even resting state functional brain imaging data processing method can be used to analyze task related functional MRI data, opening new horizons of task related functional MRI study.
