摘要 急性心肌梗死(AMI)是全球范围内致残和致死的主要疾病之一,正确有效地评估心肌梗死后心肌活性可以显著降低病残率和死亡率。在目前各种评估心肌活性的技术方法中,心脏磁共振成像(CMR)技术极具优势。综述CMR技术评估心肌梗死后心肌活性的研究进展以及与其他相关技术的比较。 Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the most common diseases that cause disability and death around the world. Correctly and effectively assessing the myocardial viability after myocardial infarction can reduce the disabled rate and mortality rate. At present, many methods could be used to assess myocardial viability. The cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) technology has a lot of advantages compared to other methods. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress of CMR in assessment of myocardial viability after myocardial infarction, and compared CMR with other technologies.
