摘要 盆底器官脱垂是中老年妇女的常见病,动态MRI作为最具前景的辅助检查手段,可同时评价盆底的形态、运动和功能,在术前明确缺损的部位、类型及程度,为临床诊断及治疗提供更多有价值的信息。就动态MRI在盆底器官脱垂中的临床应用及研究进展进行综述。 Pelvic organ prolapse is a common disease in older women. As the most promising assisted inspection technique, dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can simultaneously evaluate the shape, movement and function of pelvic floor. It can make accurately preoperative assessment of the location, type, and degree of pelvic floor defects, therefore provide more valuable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This essay reviews the clinical application and research progress of dynamic MRI imaging in pelvic organ prolapse.
