磁共振波谱分析在肿瘤细胞株方面的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 磁共振波谱成像(MRS)可用来检测体内多种微量代谢物,通过检测在体组织的器官能量代谢、生化信息改变以及化合物的定量分析,可以较早地探测到肿瘤以及周围组织代谢异常,精确地判定肿瘤的浸润范围。肿瘤的磁共振波谱实验可通过在体或离体的大体标本进行肿瘤代谢物的检测,近年来磁共振波谱分析在肿瘤细胞株方面的研究优势愈加明显。就MRS用于肿瘤细胞株中的对肿瘤诊断、治疗以及一些肿瘤机制的研究作一综述。 MRS can be used non-invasively to study the several trace metabolites and energy metabolism in vivo. By quantitatively analyzing the compounds changes we could detect abnormal metabolism in tumor and its surrounding tissue, and estimate tumor infiltration in vivo and vitro. In recent years, MRS has been applied in cell line research and is becoming a promising method. In this article we summarized the applications of MRS in cell lines in studying diagnosis, treatment, and tumor mechanisms.
