摘要
介绍了超细纤维产品的应用领域及国内超细纤维行业用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)专用树脂的牌号。通过研究反应条件与产品物性的对应关系,不断完善和改进生产工艺条件,开发出超细纤维专用树脂LDPE 1I60A,并与国产同类超细纤维专用树脂进行了对比。对比结果表明:1I60A加工性能稳定,挥发分低,物性指标满足超细纤维产品的质量要求。
It was introduced that the applications field of superfine fiber and grades of special resin low density polyethylene for the superfine fiber. The 1I60A was developed successfully by researching corresponding relation between the reaction process condition and production materiel quality, and the process conditions gradually improved. The 1I60A was compared with the special resin made from home, the results showed that the 1I60A had stability in processing performance with low volatiles, and the physical properties to meet the quality requirements of superfine fiber products.
