摘要
采用浸泡试验、电化学极化和EIS测试、SEM和EDS等方法,研究了Q235碳钢、镀锌钢、镀铜钢在陕北土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,几种材料的耐蚀顺序依次为镀铜钢>镀锌钢>Q235碳钢;Q235碳钢表面的腐蚀产物具有明显的层状结构,内层腐蚀产物较致密,对基体的保护作用明显,外层腐蚀产物的含氧量高,较疏松;镀锌钢和镀铜钢表面的腐蚀产物主要为锌和铜的氧化物。
The corrosion behavior of three kinds of grounded materials was investigated in simulated solution of Shanbei soil, using weight loss method, electrochemical testing, SEM, EDS. The results showed that in the soil simulated solution, the corrosion rates of different grounded materials were in the following order: Q235〉Q235 with galvanized coating〉Q235 with copper coating. The corrosion product on Q235 steel has three different layers, the inner dense layer can protect the substrate from corrosion, while the outer layer is more porous with higher oxygen content. Oxides of Zn and Cu are the main corrosion products on Q235 with galvanized coating and copper coating respectively.
