摘要
材质为16Mn的某油田地面集输管线自投产以来,腐蚀严重,导致事故频发。对06Cr13和双金属复合管两种材质的地面管线进行了一年以上现场试验,测定了腐蚀速率,据此预测了管线的使用寿命;并从经济性角度将两种材质管线与16Mn材质管线进行了对比分析。结果表明,06Cr13在该油田条件下的经济性最优。
The gathering and transportation pipelines made of 16Mn in an oil field corroded seriously, resulting in frequent occurence of accidents. The corrosion rates, lifetimes and economy of 06Cr13 pipe and 20G/316L clad pipe were determined according to the results of field experiment. The results show that 06Cr13 pipe is the most economical among the three types of pipes under field condition.
