中西医结合治疗女性生殖道厌氧菌感染的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on treatment of female genital tract anaerobe infections

目的探讨中西医结合治疗女性生殖道厌氧菌感染的临床疗效,为该病的治疗研究一种新的有效方法,为临床治疗该病提供理论依据。方法随机抽取医院收治的女性生殖道厌氧菌感染患者120例,平均分为A、B、C3组,A组患者服用中药煎煮液,B组患者静脉注射4mg/ml的替硝唑注射液,C组在服用中药煎煮液的同时静脉注射替硝唑注射液,方法同A、B组。结果 A、B、C组的治疗有效率分别为60.0%、65.0%、92.5%,C组的临床有效率显著优于A组(P<0.05)和B组(P<0.005)。结论中药煎煮液联合替硝唑治疗女性生殖道厌氧菌感染的临床疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE To explore clinical curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on treatment of female genital tract anaerobe infections and research a new effective method for the treatment of the disease so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of the disease. METHODS A total of 120 cases of female patients with genital tract anaerobic bacteria infections were divided into the groups A, B, and C randomly, and the patients in the group A took Chinese traditional medicine decoction fluid, the patients in the group B were injected by intravenous administration of 4 mg/ml tinidazole （TNZ）, and the patients in the group C were treated by combining the group A and the group B. RESULTS The effective treatment rates of the group A, B, and C were 60. 0%, 65. 0%, and 92.5%, respectively, and the clinical effective rate of the group C was significantly higher than that of the group A （P〈0.05） and the group B （ P〈0. 005）. CONCLUSION The Chi-nese medicine decoction liquid combined with tinidazole （TNZ） can achieve significant clinical efficacy in treatment of the female genital tract anaerobes infections.
