中心静脉导管定植菌对抗菌药物敏感性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)定植菌感染发生率,分析PICC尖端感染定植菌的分布特征及药物敏感性检测结果,为预防感染及临床合理用药提供依据。方法对于PICC拔除的患者常规进行导管尖端细菌学培养及药物敏感性检测。结果 112例留置PICC肿瘤患者的总导管留置时间为18 500导管日,发生PICC导管定植菌感染9例,感染发生率为0.486/1000导管日,感染病原菌分别为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌4株、表皮葡萄球菌3株、清酒假丝酵母菌及沃氏葡萄球菌各1株。结论明确PICC定植菌感染分布特征,可为今后导管感染的治疗提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To determine the incidence of infections caused by the PICC clolonized bacteria and analyze the species of pathogenic bacteria and the drug susceptibility so as to provide basis for the prevention of infections and rational clinical use of antibotics. METHODS The bacteriologic culture of catheter tip as well as the drug susceptibility testing was performed for the patients who underwent the PICC catherter extubation. RESULTS The total dwelling time of 112 cases of cancer patients with PICC was 18, 500days. There were 9 cases of patients with the infections cuased by the PICC colonized bacteria, the infection rate was 0. 486 per 1000 catheter-days (8.04%). The pathogenic bacteria cauisng the infections included the coagulase-negative Staphylococci (4 strains ), Staphylococcus epidermidis (3 strains ), Candida sake (1 strian ) and Staphylococcus warneri (1 strain ). CONCLUSION To understand the characteristics of PICC colonized pathogenic bacteria can provide bases for the treatment of catheter-realted infections.
