摘要
富国裕民是历代中国统治者的一种政治理想。中国经过60多年,特别是近30多年的改革开放,取得了巨大的经济成就,国民财富增长迅速,但不可否认的是贫富差距日益扩大,分配的结构性失衡矛盾所累积的问题日益突出。如何提供良好的财富创造和分配的制度环境,维持国力强大的原动力,实现国强民富,关系到中国的发展是否具有可持续性。因此试图探讨政治机构在增进财富上的角色。为此先对财富起源的理论进行简要阐述,继而分析中国先秦至今财富创造与分配的历史脉络,探寻中国国强民富的制度基础。
Country powerful and People wealthy is a political ideal of the ancient Chinese rulers. After more than 60 years, especially near 30 years of reform and opening up, China has achieved great economic success, and the rapid growth of national wealth. However, it is undeniable that the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the cumulative problems caused by structural imbalaneed contradiction are Prominent. How to provide the fair insti- tutional environment for wealth creation and its distribution, maintain the driving force of the national strength pow- erful, and realize the country strong and people wealthy, are related to China＇ s development sustainable. This pa- per briefly described the theory of the origin of wealth firstly, followed by analysis of wealth creation and distribution of historical context from pre - Qin to modern, last, exploring the system basis of China＇ s National power and the Chinese people wealthy.
