摘要
300℃焙烧2 h条件下,制备了磷酸钛原位负载磷钨酸(HPW)的催化剂HPW/Ti3(PO4)4,通过催化庚酸与正戊醇的酯化反应考察了其催化酯化性能,并采用IR技术对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,磷钨酸含量15%的催化剂HPW-15/Ti3(PO4)4具有最佳的催化活性,催化合成长碳链羧酸酯庚酸戊酯的适宜条件为:0.2 mol庚酸,n(正戊醇)∶n(庚酸)=1.4∶1,催化剂用量0.4 g,回流反应4 h,酯化率为93.2%,该催化剂循环利用6次酯化率仍达83.5%。HPW-15/Ti3(PO4)4对低碳链羧酸酯丙酸戊酯的合成循环利用6次酯化率97.7%~90.3%。
Various content phosphotungstie acid ( HPW ) sup- ported on titanium phosphate, HPW-x/Ti3 ( PO4 ) 4, was pre- pared at 300 ℃ calcined for 2. 0 h. The catalyst contented 15% HPW, HPW-15/Ti3 ( PO4 ) 4, had best catalytic activity. The optimized conditions synthesized pentyl heptanoate by HPW15/Ti3 (PO4)4 were as follows. Heptoie acid 0. 2 tool, mole ratio of alcohol to acid 1.4:1 ,catalyst dosage 0.4 g,re- action time 4. 0 h. The esterifieation rate of pentyl heptanoate reached 93.2%. Affter recycling six times, the esterifieation rate was 83.5%. Moreover, by using HPW-15/Ti3 ( PO4 ) 4 as the catalyst for six times,the esterification rate was 97.7% 90. 3%.
