摘要
以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮(UV-O)、三聚氯氰(TCT)为原料合成了反应性紫外线吸收剂4-(4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪-2-氧基)-2-羟基苯基苯甲酮(UV-DTHM)。产物结构经IR、NMR和元素分析表征。同时探讨了反应物物质的量比、反应时间及碱用量对产率的影响。当n(UV-O)∶n(TCT)=1∶2.0,n(UV-O)∶n(NaOH)=1∶1.5,反应温度为0℃,反应时间为5 h时产率达到最高(82.5%)。相对于UV-O,UV-DTHM的紫外吸收性能在200~277 nm和330~400 nm之间有所提高,在甲苯中的溶解性有所改善,热稳定性明显提高。
A reactive UV-absorber, 4-( 4,6-dichloro-1,3,5- triazin-2-yloxy)-2-hydroxyphenyl) (phenyl) methanone(UV- DTHM) was successfully synthesized by using 2,4-dihydroxy benzophenone ( U V -O ) , 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5 -triazine ( TCT ) as the main raw materials. The structure was confirmed by IR, NMR and elemental analysis. The influences of the molar ratio of reactant, reaction time and the dosage of alkalion on the reaction were discussed. The highest yield (82. 5% ) can be obtained in the conditions : n ( UV-O ) : n (TCT) = 1 : 2. 0, n(UV-O) : n(NaOH) = 1:1.5 and 0 ℃ ,5 h. The UV-absorp- tion of UV-DTHM in 200 ~ 277 nm and 330 ~ 400 nm,the solubility of UV-DTHM in toluene and TGA of UV-DTHM were also improved compared with UV-O.
