橄榄抑菌活性部位研究

Study on antibacterial activity of different fractions from Canarium album

目的:测试橄榄提取物对食品生产、加工和贮藏中常见的腐败菌的抑制作用,寻找橄榄抑菌作用的活性部位。方法:采用抑菌圈法测试橄榄提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉、黑根霉、青霉等细菌,酵母菌,霉菌的抑制作用,橄榄三个提取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌的抑制作用。结果:橄榄提取物对测试菌种中的细菌和酵母菌有一定的抑制作用,但对霉菌几乎没有抑制作用。橄榄乙酸乙酯部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌有较强抑制作用。结论:橄榄提取物对细菌和酵母菌有一定的抑制作用,乙酸乙酯部位为橄榄抑菌活性部位。

Objective ..To investigate inhibitory activity on putrefactive bacteria in food process and storage of the extract and fractions of Canarium album for finding its active fraction. Methods..Antibacterial circle method was conducted to test the inhibitory activity to Staphylococcus aureus, P. aeruginosa, Escheriehia coil, B. subtilis, R. stolonifer,Aspergillus niger, Penicillium, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and CI. perfringens. Results ：The extract of Canarium album had good inhibitory activity on tested bacteria and yeasts,but it had no inhibitory activity on fungus. The acetic ester fraction had good inhibitory activity on Staphylococcus aureus, Escheriehia coil and B. subtilis. Conclusion.The extract of Canarium album had good inhibitory activity on tested bacteria and yeasts,the acetic ester fraction was the antibacterial activity fraction of Canarium album.
