摘要
采用亚临界水萃取技术提取陈皮中的橙皮苷,考察了温度、压力、蒸馏水流速以及萃取时间对橙皮苷提取得率的影响,并与传统的乙醇热回流提取方法进行对比。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:50.0g陈皮原料在温度为140℃,压力6MPa,流速40mL/min的条件下提取100min,橙皮苷的提取得率为3.53%±0.05%。与传统的乙醇热回流提取法相比,亚临界水萃取法具有提取时间短、提取得率高、环境友好等优点。
Hesperidin was extracted from Pericarpium Citri Reticulate using subcritical water. Effects of extraction temperature,pressure,flow rate and extraction time on the yield of hesperidin were investigated. Optimal conditions were as that=50.0g Pericarpium Citri Reticulate was extracted with subcritical water at 140℃ ,6MPa and 40mL/min for 100min,the yield of hesperidin was 3.53%~0.05%. Compared with ethanol refluxing extraction, the subcritical water extraction (SWE) showed the advantages of shorter reaction time,higher extraction yield and more environmental friendly.
