摘要
开发了一种用于高硅铝合金预处理的环保BH无氰浸锌液。对比研究了BH无氰浸锌、市售无氰浸锌和有氰浸锌所得浸锌层的结合力、组成、合金化状态和碱铜覆盖情况等性能。结果表明,BH无氰浸锌液的各种性能均明显优于市售无氰浸锌液,且接近于有氰浸锌液,有望取代有氰浸锌液。介绍了BH无氰浸锌工艺在实际生产中的应用和优势。
An environmentally friendly BH cyanide-free zinc dipping solution used for pretreatment of high-silicon aluminum alloy was developed. The adhesion strength, composition, alloying state, and coverage performance of subsequent alkaline copper plating of BH cyanide-free were tested and compared with those of a marketed cyanide-free and a cyanide-containing zinc dipping processes. The results showed that the performances of BH cyanide-free zinc dipping solution in many aspects are significantly better than the marketed cyanide-free zinc dipping solution and close to the cyanide-based one, having the potential to replace conventional cyanide zinc dipping solution. The application of BH cyanide-free zinc dipping process to actual production and its advantages were introduced.
