摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法测定氰化铜锡合金镀液中的铜含量。在确定合适的测定条件后,采用低灵敏度波长来降低稀释误差,并用基体匹配法来消除背景和基体干扰。该测定方法简便、快捷,准确度和精密度高,适用于电镀工业园区大批量样品的快速分析。
The copper content in cyanide tin-copper alloy plating bath was determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. After the suitable determination conditions were ascertained, a low-sensitivity wavelength was used to reduce dilution errors and the matrix matching method to eliminate the interference of background and matrix. The method is simple and quick, highly accurate and precise, and appropriate for rapid analysis of bulk samples in plating industrial parks.
