摘要
针对膨胀管偏梯形联接螺纹存在的抗拉力性能差、承压能力弱等问题,通过改进螺纹结构与承载面角度,对联接螺纹进行优化设计。ABAQUS仿真结果表明,采用的插槽结构能够提高螺纹段膨胀时的连续性,不会造成缩颈;-9°承载面能够限制母扣远离公扣的趋势,增加公扣与母扣螺纹膨胀时的协调一致性,降低残余应力,提高螺纹的抗外压性能。试验结果表明:优化设计的结构能够明显提高螺纹的抗拉力和抗外压强度,对膨胀过程不造成任何影响,有利于提高膨胀管技术现场应用的可靠性。
The connection thread of the expandable tubular used currently is weak in tensile structure of the connection thread was redesigned through the structure enhancement and angle side. ABAQUS simulation results show that the continuity of the thread is improved by the slot and collapse strength. The optimization of the loading during the expansion. - 9° loading side can restrain the tendency of the female thread to be away from the male thread, reduce the residual stress, and increase the collapse strength. Experimental results demonstrate that the optimized structure can improve the tensile strength and has no threat to the expansion process, it is conducive to the reliability of the expandable tubular in the field application.
