左氧氟沙星单用及联用双黄连后兔组织液中的浓度差异

Levofloxacin concentration in rabbit tissue cage model with Levofloxacin used alone or combined with Shuanghuanglian injection

目的探讨左氧氟沙星单用及联用双黄连兔后,织液中左氧氟沙星的浓度差异。方法建立兔组织笼感染模型,采用左氧氟沙星单用及左氧氟沙星联用双黄连治疗,HPLC法测定兔组织笼内左氧氟沙星浓度。结果左氧氟沙星联用双黄连后兔组织液中左氧氟沙星浓度与单用时无显著性差异。结论双黄连与左氧氟沙星联用不影响左氧氟沙星在感染部位的浓度。

OBJECTIVE To study the difference of Levofloxacin concentration in rabbit tissue cage model with Levofloxacin（Lev） used alone or combined with Shuanghuanglian.METHODS Lev was used alone or combined with Shuanghuanglian to rabbit.Lev concentration in rabbit tissue cage model were determined by HPLC.RESULTS There were no significant differences in concentration of two groups.CONCLUSIONS Shuanghuanglian combined with Lev has no effect on Lev concentration in infection site.
