摘要
目的采用HPLC测定产舒颗粒中人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1的含量。方法采用Diamosil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,流动相为乙腈-水、梯度洗脱,流速1 mL.min-1,检测波长203 nm。结果人参皂苷Rb1、Re、Rg1分别在0.424~4.24、0.4312~4.312、0.412~4.12μg,线性关系、回收率、RSD均符合要求。结论所用方法简便、稳定性好、结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1,Re,Rg1 in Chanshu granule.METHODS The analytical method was carried out with a Diamosil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) at 25 ℃,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water for gradient elution with the flow rate at 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 203 nm.RESULTS The linear ranges for ginsenoside Rbl,Re,Rg1 were 0.424-4.24 mg,0.4312-4.312 mg and 0.41-4.12 mg,respectively.The average recoveries and RSD all met requirements.CONCLUSION The quantitative method for the determination is feasible and beneficial to control the quality of Chanshu granule.
